Certificate of Conformity -Per-Lot Documentation
Every batch of Macwell International thermal paper we ship is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Conformity, confirming the material has been manufactured, inspected, and tested in accordance with the applicable specification and purchase order requirements. Each certificate includes:
- COC Reference Number
- Purchase Order Number(s)
- Lot Number and Quantity
- Full product specification (dimensions, basis weight, special requirements)
- Expiration Date
- Authorized signature
This means every roll you receive from Macwell International is traceable back to its production lot and originating documentation – ready for your incoming inspection and audit records.
